Terms of Use

Violations of this service include, but are not limited to:

1. Concealment or misrepresentation of names or affiliations in email messages.
2. Alteration of the source or destination address of an email.
3. Use of email for commercial or private business purposes.
4. Use of email for organized political activity or political solicitation.
5. Use of email to harass or threaten others or threaten to cause physical harm or damage to property.
6. Account usage for malicious or deceptive activity including but not limited to SPAM and phishing.

Disciplinary actions resulting from service violations can include, but are not limited to:

1. Temporary suspension of @alumni email account services
2. Permanent ban of @alumni email account services

This service is free for Purdue Alumni and as such we reserve the right to discontinue service for any account at our discretion that we believe violates the intended spirit of the service.
